Stefan and Steph are both wonderful! I love the personal encouragement from Stefan, and Stephanie's individual attention to form and modifications is amazing. Having been in the fitness industry, I really appreciate the amount of individualized attention in such a large group. That's extremely rare!

Love this place, as soon as we walked in, we were hooked. Just the atmosphere and all the people you meet make you feel like family. Trust me I know from experience me and my wife have been going through some family issues and man have they been really supportive. It’s just not a gym it’s a community of family that really cares.

If you’re reading this and wondering if this gym is for you, then I can confidently tell you it is. The gym is surrounded with no judgement and Godly driven people. Everyone treats you as family and you will grow to love the atmosphere/people. Just do it!

It is a great place with a welcoming environment no matter your fitness level. There is always someone there with a smile, encouraging words, or a great high five! All the trainers are amazing, and help you do exercises properly.
