Meet Stefan & Stephanie Reed, Founders of The Forge

When Stefan and Stephanie Reed set out to build The Forge, they weren’t just opening another gym—they were creating a movement.Rooted in years of experience leading one of the metro’s most transformational fitness communities, Fitcamp 180 South OKC, the Reeds are now expanding their vision with The Forge—a brand-new fitness and wellness facility designed to go deeper than just workouts. Located just 25 miles south of their original location, The Forge is where personal training, nutritional guidance, and mental resilience come together to reshape lives from the inside out.

 This next chapter is the natural evolution of the Reeds’ journey. As co-owners of Fitcamp 180 South OKC, they’ve helped hundreds of individuals change their lives through high-energy group training, consistent accountability, and a deep commitment to community.With more than 50 years of combined experience in fitness, coaching, and personal development, Stefan and Stephanie bring both deep expertise and a personal touch to every person they serve.They’re joined in this vision by Jensen and Hosanna Atkinson, who bring their own lifelong passion for fitness, adventure, and purposeful living. Married for 11 years and raising their daughter Ellie, Jensen and Hosanna have poured their talents and heart into helping shape what The Forge stands for. Jensen, a surgical nurse with a background in construction and entrepreneurship, provides critical leadership and operational insight to the business. Hosanna is a fitness coach and photographer who brings creativity, compassion, and energy to the community.

“Our vision for The Forge is to provide a place for others to excel and grow—in fitness and in life,” the Atkinsons say.

Together, the Reeds and Atkinsons have created something truly unique. The Forge is built for people who are ready to do the hard work of growth. Whether you’re stepping into a personal training session for the first time or returning after years of putting others first, the environment is one of encouragement, grit, and intentional development. It’s not about perfection—it’s about showing up and doing the work.

Stefan and Stephanie bring more than fitness credentials to the table—they bring heart, leadership, and a calling to help others become who they were made to be. Stefan’s background in pastoral ministry adds a layer of mentorship to everything he does, while Stephanie’s leadership and advocacy work in the community reflect her passion for empowering others, especially women and underserved voices.

Their vision for The Forge isn’t just to train bodies—it’s to build people.

"Everyone walks through these doors carrying something," Stephanie says. "We want The Forge to be where they find the strength to carry it differently—or to finally put it down."

The Forge Premier Training  began with one belief: strength is created through work. Not shortcuts. Not talk. Just steady, consistent effort.

It started small. A few people training with purpose, tired of gyms that lacked direction. They wanted a place that demanded focus and gave back results. A place where the work spoke for itself.

Word spread. More people came in. Some were athletes improving performance. Others were just beginning their journey. All of them shared the same drive to get better and stay committed.

That focus turned into a culture. A place where people respect the process, push each other, and celebrate real progress. Every rep, every session, every goal reached adds to that shared story.

The Forge Premier Training became more than a gym. It became a community for people who take pride in effort and progress. A space where training builds confidence, consistency, and strength that carries beyond the walls of the gym.
